Senior Principal
Mal has 30 years experience in water, wastewater and environment management infrastructure. He has worked for public utilities, private operators and technology developers prior to joining The Peron Group in 2005.
His expertise lies in the development of service and infrastructure solutions for state and local government clients and delivery of the supporting contract arrangements. Mal has good contractor and industry knowledge with excellent negotiation and strategic skills. His experience includes leading complex transactions that incorporate strategic procurement advice, business cases, contract development and negotiations.
Recent roles include review of projects and strategies under stress with in depth analysis and a roadmap for completion and guidance as to future project management.
